What is a Scentsy Canada Fundraising Program?
Scentsy fundraisers are a GREAT way for your school, sports team, club, small group and organization to raise money for that special event, tour, situation!
No matter how big or small, Scentsy Fundraisers will help you achieve your goals. Here – in White Rock/South Surrey, BC in Canada – Scentsy is still a new, unknown and affordable Home Decor product that is child, pet and home safe. With the expansion of Scentsy’s markets in 2012 your fundraiser supporters will have even more products to choose from to help you raise the money you need.
Here at Scentsy we put you and your Fundraiser first ~ I am happy to assist you with your fundraiser, and to answer any questions. Here is how it works…
What Choices Do Scentsy Fundraisers Offer You?
We have 2 different fundraisers for your group or organization to choose from:
1. Fairs and Special Events – With this Scentsy fundraiser during a fair or special event, you or your organization will simply set up a table; sell product; and hand out order forms and catalogues. You take orders from participants and at the end of the fair you send these back to me, with completed order forms and payments, and I will order the products. It’s also possible to leave the fundraiser open for a few extra days to accommodate people who could not make it in person, but wish to place online orders to support your fundraiser!
2. Door to Door – This is the most popular way to fund-raise, and a good way to get more members of your organization or group involved in the fund raising process! Participants will each receive a Scentsy Fundraiser package with all your information so they can share what and why they are raising money for when they approach friends, families & neighbors to collect orders. This fundraiser can be open for about 2 weeks then orders will be sent back to me, so I can process the orders and have our Scentsy product with your supporters as soon as possible.
NOTE: Remember that your organization or group will make 20% of total sales, cash. That means if your organization sells $2000 of Scentsy Product, you will receive a cheque from us for $400. You may wonder, WHY… why not just go out and raise ‘cash’ for your cause, then you can keep ALL the money?
That’s certainly possible, but with the amount of fundraisers families are faced with in todays economy, people are more choosy. They are much more likely to help you and your cause if they get something of value for their donation ~ more than a mere tax break at the end of the year.
Scentsy gives you something of value! It is a stylish, safe and quality product with a curiosity factor since it’s still fairly unknown. Once experienced, Scentsy product appeal is enormeous. Your fundraiser participants will also get more out of fundraising with me than a burger and fries 😉 I reward the top three fundraiser participants with FREE and valued Scentsy product for their stirling efforts… so as you can see, everyone enjoys a Scentsy fundraiser.
The fundraisers I provide for schools, clubs etc. are private Scentsy fundraisers, me helping you through the sale of Scentsy product. If your fundraiser sells $5000 in product, you will receive a cheque or cash to the amount of $1000. (The rest covers the cost of product and stationery that is supplied to your fundraiser participants and their customers, you get the profit from me)
Scentsy do have Fundraisers where they donate 100% of the net profit to worthy organizations (SEE the Video Below and at the end of this post find information on our current Charitable Cause with Ronald Macdonald House Charities).
Once your participants have placed orders, I will process them as soon as possible. Shipping and handling can take up to 2-3 weeks, but often arrives sooner via Calgary here in Canada. On delivery of your orders I will package everything separately for each customer and send them to your organization where your customers can pick them up. Sweet and Simple!

This year Scentsy is supporting the Ronald MacDonald House Charities: Learn more about our Sasha Bear Buddy and how he can help raise money for this Charity with Scentsy donating 100% of the net profits for this good cause.
As mentioned earlier, Scentsy are committed to helping ordinary people, clubs, organizations, schools and sports teams to reach their goals and offer different forms of fundraising. Every six months, the Scentsy Family Foundation choose a special, new Charity to support. The Scentsy Family Foundation’s Charitable Cause Warmer is a beautiful way to engage people and promote a message with which to raise funds for people in need…
In Spring/Summer 2011 they introduced ‘Piece by Piece’ to raise money for ‘Autism Speaks’
Sales of “Piece by Piece” benefited Autism Speaks™, an organization for which Scentsy is now a Corporate Sponsor, and who have worked since 2005 to fund global research, spread awareness, and provide hope to families whose loved ones receive this complex diagnosis. Their mission: solving the puzzle piece by piece.
SIX MONTHS LATER we presented this cheque to ‘Autism Speaks’ (SEE also the Video Presentation!)
In 2010/2011 Scentsy Raised Over $600,000 for ~ Breast Cancer Awareness with the Love, Life, Hope Charitable Cause Warmer.
“Created to honor women with breast cancer Love, Life, Hope’s simple pink-and-white stripes and black accents spread a message of hope and support to breast cancer survivors and their families.”
Scentsy donated 100% of the net profits from the sale of Love, Life, Hope directly to The National Breast Cancer Foundation in the US and Re-Think Breast Cancer in Canada to support their breast cancer awareness and education programs.
